Die Casting

Die casting is a precision casting method. The dimensional tolerances by die casting are very small, and the surface accuracy is very high. In most cases, die castings can be assembled and applied without machining again. Parts with thread can also be cast directly. From small parts such as general camera parts, typewriter parts, electronic computing devices, and decorations, as well as complex parts of vehicles such as automobiles, locomotives, and airplanes, most of them are manufactured by the die-casting method.
 
The most common aluminum for die casting is A383, A380. For Zinc material, we can make hinges, locks and motorcycle parts and etc. Cooper material is also widely used for medical devices, communication devices and motorcycle parts, and so on. We also do surface treatment including CNC machining, heat treatment, sandblasting, powder coating, etc. We have the high technical force and can also machine the part after die casting to make it more precise for assembling.

Stamping

Stamping is an efficient production method. Using compound dies, especially multi-station progressive dies, multiple stamping processes can be completed on one press, and the whole process from strip uncoiling, leveling, punching to forming and finishing can be achieved. Plastic Injection
